Stop relying on motivation. Start building standards.
This July, AthletiCode is challenging athletes and coaches to commit to one meaningful habit for 31 days and prove to themselves that progress comes from action, not motivation.
Join the AthletiCode July Accountability Challenge and see what happens when you stop waiting to feel ready.
As a coach and career coach, I hear athletes say the same thing every week:
“I just need more motivation.”
The reality is that motivation comes and goes.
Some days you’ll feel excited.
Some days you’ll feel flat.
Some days you’ll want to quit.
The athletes who make progress aren’t the ones who feel motivated all the time. They’re the ones who learn how to act even when motivation isn’t there.
That’s why I’m completing this challenge myself.
For 31 days I’ll be publicly tracking my own standards and sharing the journey along the way.
I want to show athletes that development isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being consistent.
And I want you to join me...
Sam
This isn't for the quitters, the faint hearted, the ones who give up. This is for those athletes ready to challenge themselves to the limits.
Athletes who struggle to stay consistent once motivation disappears
Athletes who want to improve confidence, discipline and accountability
Athletes working towards a specific goal, trial, season or performance target
Coaches, parents and high performers who want to build stronger habits and standards
Your July Starts With One Decision
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You don’t need more motivation.
You don’t need to wait until Monday.
You simply need one commitment and the willingness to follow through.
